<p>橈骨手根関節（とうこつしゅこんかんせつ）は手関節（しゅかんせつ）の主な部分で、橈骨下端の手根関節面と近位列の手根骨である舟状骨、月状骨、三角骨が作る関節頭で構成する楕円関節です。</p>

<p>橈骨手根関節の動きには豆状骨（とうじょうこつ）や尺骨（しゃっこつ）は関与しません。<br />
主に掌屈（しょうくつ）-背屈（はいくつ）、橈屈(とうくつ）-尺屈（しゃっくつ）の動き（２軸性関節）を行い、手首をぐるぐる回す描円運動を行うことができます。<br />
関節包は薄く、関節腔（かんせつくう）の形には個人差がある。<br />
また、手首の動きには手根中央関節も貢献しています。</p>
